The Providential Gardener is interested in gardening and parks all over Rhode Island and today Westerly's Wilcox Park is our feature. Wilcox Park is a nominee for Great Public Spaces on the Project for Public Spaces website, which describes the park very well. The park was designed by a former associate of Frederick Law Olmstead in the early 20th century, and it is truly a beautiful space with many activities during the summer. Where is my picnic basket?
